Italian figures seem to show that most of those who die of Codvid-19 die 9 days after the first symptoms. As other studies seem to show that most of the people show symptons after around 5 days after infection, this would mean that there is a period of around 14 days between infection and death.

The US increased tests significantly the last weeks to more than 100.000 tests a day. Test frequency could be important to contain the disease.
